It offers a unique combination of applications, fully integrated wireframe, surface and solid modelling, comprehensive 2D, 3D and 5-axis machining strategies with dedicated high speed routines. We design & produce the dies and tools in-house using the EDM and CNC machines. Fortuna also offers secondary services of surface treatment such as zinc/tin/silver/gold plating, powder coating, ED coating, black anodization depending on customer requirements. We have the ultrasonic cleaning machine with automatic process.
